COMAC and Bombardier sign definitive agreement
March 21, 2012, Shanghai, China - Further to the framework agreement signed on March 24, 2011, Jin Zhuanglong, Chairman, Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China Ltd (COMAC) and Pierre Beaudoin, President and Chief Executive Officer, Bombardier Inc. signed today a definitive agreement covering program commonalities between the C919 and CSeries aircraft.

Aveos workers react to bankruptcy news
March 19, 2012, Montreal - Fearing a loss of their jobs, about 200 aircraft maintenance workers from Aveos Fleet Performance Inc. blocked traffic Monday morning to and from Air Canada's head office in Montreal. The firm has about 1,800 employees in Montreal who found the company’s doors locked when the reported to work this morning as Aveos filed for bankruptcy protection Monday in Quebec Superior Court.
