AirSprint orders 23 aircraft for fractional fleet

March 11, 2008, Toronto - Judson Macor, chairman and CEO of AirSprint Inc., Canada's coast-to-coast leader in the field of fractional aircraft ownership, announced today that the company has placed an order for 23 aircraft with an aggregate retail value of US$116 million.

AirSprint will take delivery of three Citation XLS/XLS+ jets and three  Pilatus PC-12/47E "Next Generation Pilatus" over the course of the next  24 months, bringing the total number of aircraft under the company's  management to 27 (including 10 Citation XL/XLS/XLS+ aircraft).

The balance of the aircraft deliveries are earmarked for future growth and fleet rejuvenation.
    
Ray Kuliavas, vice-president of sales for Execaire Inc., Cessna's exclusive Authorized Sales Representative in Canada stated that "AirSprint has established itself as Canada's largest corporate operator of Cessna Citation products and is an expert in the operation of Citation XL/XLS aircraft."
    
Robert Arnone, president and CEO of V. Kelner Pilatus Centre, Canada's
exclusive distributor of Pilatus aircraft remarked, "AirSprint is the largest
commercial operator of Pilatus aircraft in Canada and this order establishes
its long-term commitment to providing an exceptional service with an
exceptional aircraft."
    
"The demand for our services has steadily increased since our
introduction of Fractional Ownership in Canada back in 2000," Mr. Macor said.
"Our continued growth is a testament to a dedicated staff of service-oriented
professionals." he added.
    
Mr. Macor was the winner of the prestigious Ernst and Young Entrepreneur
of the Year(R) in the Business Products and Services category in 2006. With
revenues that have soared more than 600% during the last five years, the
company was named to Profit Magazine's list of Fastest Growing Canadian
Companies in 2007.
