P & W Canada opens Lethbridge centre
July 27, 2009, Lethbridge. Alta. - Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) opened a Regional Service Centre in Lethbridge, Alberta, offering a wide range of world-class engine maintenance and support services for P&WC engine customers. P&WC is a United Technologies Corp. company.

The P&WC Lethbridge Service Centre is co-located with P&WC's main production plant for low and high power PT6A engines (http://www.pwc.ca/en/engines/pt6a ). It features an updated and modern facility with advanced tooling and component repair capabilities. It performs light and heavy maintenance on PT6, JT15D, PW100 and PW500 engine series, as well as light maintenance for the PW600 engine series. In addition, it offers 24/7 Mobile Repair Team (http://www.pwc.ca/en/service-support/mobile-repair-teams) and AOG support, 1-2 day fuel nozzle servicing, limited PT6 fuel nozzle exchange, borescope inspection, pre-buy inspections, on-wing vibration analysis & balancing, and AD/SB research assistance.
