Mannarino Systems signs agreement with Lockheed
Nov. 9, 2010 – Mannarino Systems & Software (MSS) has announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics (LM Aero) in which LM Aero will provide investment funding to propel MSS’ business growth.

This funding is being provided to support MSS’ planned growth as a provider of systems and software engineering services and products. This MOA is in support of Lockheed Martin Corporation’s obligation to the Government of Canada under the Industrial and Regional Benefits (IRB) Program.

“We are extremely proud of our alliance with Lockheed Martin and are truly appreciative of the confidence that Lockheed Martin has shown in our company” stipulated John Mannarino, President and founder of MSS. “The signing of this MOA is a testament that the team we have assembled at MSS is of world-class talent and that our plan for growth through the delivery of the highest quality, safety-critical engineering services and software products is on the mark. This agreement will help MSS grow its business with existing customers and will also allow MSS to invest in new markets and quality initiatives.”

MSS is a systems and software engineering company, specializing in the aerospace, defence and power generation industries. Founded in 1999, MSS has contributed towards the research, development and certification of control systems and software for various products including gas turbine engines, avionic equipment, ground support equipment and unmanned air vehicles.
