Aug. 2, 2012, Toronto - GuestLogix Inc. today announced the appointment of Jamie Halegoua to the Company's Board of Directors, effectively immediately. With the addition of Halegoua, the Company's Board of Directors will consist of seven directors.

Halegoua brings a wealth of financial and investment experience to the Board of Directors, having been in finance for more than 15 years, 10 of which have been spent managing investment portfolios. He is currently a portfolio manager at Delaware Street Capital, founded by Andrew Bluhm.
