March 24, 2008, Montreal – For the first time ever in North America, the Aéromart International Business Convention will be held at the Palais des congrès de Montréal from April 8 to 10, 2008.

More than 400 companies from Canada, the United States, France, Germany, China, India and Mexico are expected to attend. Lots of big industry players will be participating: AVIC, Bombardier, Boeing, Embraer, Esterline CMC Electronics, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Rolls-Royce, SAFRAN and Thales have already confirmed their participation.

Aéromart Montréal 2008 is modeled after Aéromart Toulouse and Aéromart
Beijing, which are the largest business conventions bringing together major
aerospace manufacturers and suppliers. It will provide a unique opportunity
for participants to take part in formal and targeted One-to-One business
meetings over a three day period.

In addition to these formal business meetings, original equipment
manufacturers (OEMs) will hold "How to Do Business With" workshops and
participants will be able to attend a series of conferences on a range of
themes such as green aircraft, adapting to integrated manufacturing, and
supply strategies.

"Canada's aerospace industry is a world leader, employing 79 000 skilled
Canadians and boasting annual revenues of $22.1 billion. To stay competitive,
our government announced a Science and Technology Strategy in 2007 that is
ensuring this industry and others remain at the international forefront of
research and discovery," said the Honourable Jim Prentice, Canada's Minister
of Industry. "On behalf of the Government of Canada, I would like to welcome
all participants from across Canada and around the world to Aéromart 2008 in
Montréal, a world-renowned centre of aerospace research and industry."

"The holding of Aéromart Montréal 2008 confirms the leadership of Quebec
in the aerospace industry worldwide. This is a unique opportunity for Quebec
companies to forge business ties and develop alliances with partners from
around the world," said Mr. Raymond Bachand, Minister of Economic Development,
Innovation and Export Trade.

"The growth and success of Bombardier are based on the vitality of its
