Feb. 5, 2008, Quebec – Aéroport de Québec inc. announced today new
non-stop service from Québec City to Chicago on United Airlines, beginning
June 5, 2008.

This is yet another milestone in the Airport's constant
efforts to increase and improve services to/from the Québec region. United
joins recent carriers added to the Airport's list in this time of significant
growth further to a record breaking year for passenger traffic, which exceeded
877 000 in 2007. Thanks to our new motto "Passenger First", this 12.5%
increase from 2006 is indicative of our commitment to meet the needs and
expectations of travelers to and from Québec City and eastern Quebec and of
the Airport's role as one of the driving forces of the region's economy, said
the President and Chief Operating Officer of Aéroport de Québec, Mr. Pascal
Bélanger.

"In conjunction with the construction of our new terminal, which
continues to move full speed ahead, on-target and on-budget, the addition of
this new service will provide customers with world-class services", added
Mr. Bélanger.

The daily service will be operated by United Express partner Shuttle
America with a 70-seat Embraer 170, equipped with explus and Economy Plus.
Explus provides customers with first class comfort and service on United
Express regional jet service, and Economy Plus affords extra leg room at the
front of the economy cabin.

"We are pleased to give our customers what they want – new, convenient
non-stop service to more places in the U.S. and Canada," says Kevin Knight,
United's senior vice president – Planning. "We welcome customers in Québec to
United's global network."
