AeroMechanical Services Ltd. receives STC from Transport Canada

Jan. 25, 2008, Calgary - AeroMechanical Services Ltd. has received a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) from Transport Canada for the company's Aircraft Flight Information Reporting System.

Jan. 25, 2008, Calgary – AeroMechanical Services Ltd. (AMA) is pleased to
announce it has received a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) from Transport
Canada for the company's Aircraft Flight Information Reporting System
("afirs") including global reporting, global text messaging and global voice
for Hawker Beech jets models 800XP, 850XP and 900XP.This STC is for the
installation of provisions in anticipation of a flight test. This STC from
Transport Canada allows AMA to start the FAA STC familiarization process to
gain approval for the US and some other foreign markets. This is our first STC
in the business aviation world and we are pleased to be making inroads into
this vibrant and growing segment of aviation.
    
"The addition of this STC to our complete approvals for Boeing 737, 757,
767 and Airbus 320, Bombardier DHC-8, DHC-7, and CRJ series and Fokker 100
further broadens AMA's ability to penetrate the Global marketplace with our
solution and gets us closer to having a complete slate of STCs for the most
popular aircraft types on the planet" stated CEO Bill Tempany.
