As one of the founders of Conair Group and Cascade Aerospace, Mr. Marsden’s impact on the Canadian aerospace industry in British Columbia and Canada has been substantial. His contributions to the development of the maintenance, repair and overhaul section of the industry have received many accolades, including being named an “Outstanding Aerospace Visionary” by AIAC in 2009. Mr. Marsden has also been a dedicated leader within the aerospace industry and his local community, serving as chairman and board member of AIAC, director of the Abbotsford Airport Authority and director of the Industry Training Authority for the Province of British Columbia.

Mr. Marsden’s passion for flight, his dedication to the success of our industry, and his commitment to excellence as a businessman and leader have resulted in the development of two flourishing companies that continue to serve as prime examples of the best Canadian aerospace has to offer. We thank him for his leadership and congratulate him on this well-deserved honour.
