EmpCenter Time and Attendance allows employers to configure any number of specific pay rules across each employee group and provides that data directly to payroll for greater precision.

“We needed a solution that could calculate gross pay and handle the complexities of paying our pilots and flight attendants,” said Jim Tabor, vice president, Systems Operations Control for Air Canada. “WorkForce Software was our top choice because their EmpCenter solution is able to address all of our requirements, given the highly configurable nature of the application.”

In addition to providing greater transparency for the company’s more than 10,000 pilots and flight attendants, the solution will also display real-time pay calculations and integrate with Air Canada’s flight operation system.

“We take pride in making work easy for our customers,” said Mike Morini, CEO of WorkForce Software. “And we’re thrilled to add an impressive global brand like Air Canada to our roster. Providing their pilots and flight attendants with real-time visibility lets their employees know how valued they are, and that transparency will enable them to better serve their customers.”
