Air Canada responds to Canadian Transportation Agency ruling on one-person-one-fare application

Jan. 11, 2008, Montreal - Air Canada today received a lengthy ruling issued by the Canadian Transportation Agency on an application regarding fares and charges for passengers with disabilities who require additional seating due to their disabilities.

Jan. 11, 2008, Montreal – Air Canada today received a lengthy
ruling issued by the Canadian Transportation Agency on an application
regarding fares and charges for passengers with disabilities who require
additional seating due to their disabilities.
   
Air Canada is reviewing the ruling and will not be commenting on the
decision of the CTA at this time. It is the policy of Air Canada to conduct
its business at all times in full compliance with all applicable laws and
regulations.
