The weekly flights between Montreal and the Haitian capital were suspended Jan. 19, following the massive earthquake that killed more than 200,000 people.
Toussaint Louverture International Airport is resuming limited commercial operations.
Canada's largest carrier cautioned flight schedules are subject to change.
The airline has conducted several relief missions to transport medical supplies, food, tents and sleeping bags to the country. Planes returned with stranded Canadians and Haitian orphans.
Humanitarian flights were also conducted by several U.S. carriers and Montreal-based Air Transat.
