AJW previously managed three of NordStar’s shop visits between 2015 and 2016, delivering efficiencies that saved the airline in excess of $1 million and this new agreement builds on the success of that partnership.

The work will be carried out by experienced engineers from AJW’s engines team which specialise in providing innovative and flexible solutions that drive down operational costs for clients. “AJW’s engines team are experts in helping airlines optimise their engine performance to make efficiency savings that drive profitability.” Christopher Whiteside, president and CEO, AJW Group said. “This agreement is testament to the strength of our partnership with NordStar and the value of the support the team has delivered to date, and we are looking forward to continuing our relationship with them.”

Andrey Averyanov, deputy of CEO – technical director of JSC NordStar Airlines, said: “We’re delighted to be extending our agreement with AJW Group. Having worked with AJW previously, we’re confident that they are the ideal partner to manage our engines and help drive further efficiencies.”

AJW provides the most competitively priced service to its customers based on total support solutions for shop visits. As part of this service, AJW makes improvements on savings via used serviceable material from the AJW inventory.
