AJW Technique wins prestigious HR award
May 23, 2014, Montreal - AJW Technique was recently honoured with the Alpha Gala Human Resources Award – 2013, presented during the prestigious event on 15th May at Le Crystal reception hall in Montreal.

The occasion, hosted by The Chamber of Commerce of Ville St-Laurent & Mont-Royal, marked the Committee’s thirtieth year of recognizing the hard work, vision and performance displayed by companies operating across a wide range of industries in the local area.
Despite being a newly developed part of the AJW Group, AJW Technique has surpassed many milestones. It has already achieved operational capability within six months of opening, and has risen to many challenges as an employer.
In 2013, working closely with the IAMAW Union on a collective bargaining agreement, AJW Technique focused on employing skilled, motivated and passionate men and women, creating a dynamic and productive workplace, which has provided jobs for 115 people in its start-up year. Employees of the Company enjoy several progressive schemes including an enhanced group benefits plan, pension plan and a bespoke health and safety programme. In addition, co-operating with Emploi Quebec, AJW Technique also offer first-class training schemes.
