Aspiring airline Canada Jetines on capital hunt
July 8, 2014, Vancouver - Canada is one step closer to having a new airline after Canada Jetlines Ltd. announced plans to raise $10-million and list on the TSX Venture Exchange. The fledgling carrier has entered into a letter of intent with a capital pool company called Inovent Capital Inc. under which it will negotiate a reverse takeover that would give Jetlines access to the stock market.
