Attack on Moscow airport proves need for security vigilance: Toews
Jan. 24, 2011, Ottawa - Canada's public safety minister says today's deadly terrorist attack at a Russian airport shows how important it is to be vigilant about security.

Vic Toews says all it takes is one lapse in security for a terrorist to carry out a successful attack.
Toews says the federal government is constantly reviewing airport security measures as well as legislation to prevent terrorists from striking Canadian targets.
Foreign Affairs Minister Lawrence Cannon has condemned the attack on Moscow's Domodedovo airport as a "cowardly act of terrorism.''
At least 31 people were killed and about 168 injured when an explosion ripped through the airport's international arrivals hall.
Russian media reports say the explosion may have been caused by a suicide bomber.
