April 13, 2009, Ottawa – Calian Technologies Ltd. has received a multi-year contract to provide professional, technical, and administrative support to the Royal Australian Air Force.
The base contract is worth $6 million over five years but could be worth over $8 million if all options are exercised.

The contract could also be extended by a further five years, for a total of $18 million over the 10-year period, Calian said Monday.

Calian will provide financial and administrative support, logistical analysis and systems engineering support for both the existing RAAF FA-18 as well as the new FA-18 Super Hornet procurement.

The company’s business and technology services division provides highly skilled personnel to clients, while its system engineering division plans, designs and implements solutions for many space agencies.
