Avicrew Management Inc., a Canadian aviation recruitment agency specializing in pilot staffing and the placement of Aircraft Maintenance Engineers, as well as technicians and ground crew, is waiving its fees to all operators throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

The company’s services will remain free for all pilots and Aircraft Maintenance Engineers. Avicrew Management was founded in 2017 by CEO Burke Mckenzie, who served as a pilot for Jazz Aviation for more than three years and for more than four years with Perimeter Aviation.

“It is our aim to help connect pilots who have been recently laid off and operators with staffing issues to meet increased demands,” said Mckenzie. “Considering our direct lines of communication with a large number of operators in Canada, we feel that we are in the best position facilitate communication between job seekers and employers in these uncertain times.”

With its insight, connections and experience of working within the industry, Avicrew’s team focuses on identifying aviation opportunities and bringing them to its candidates. More than 1,000 pilots have joined Avicrew’s platform, which focuses on both domestic and international opportunities, as well as contractual or full-time work.
