Bombardier strengthens North American sales team

Oct. 21, 2010, Atlanta, GA - Bombardier Aerospace announced Wednesday changes to its business aircraft sales team in Canada and the U.S., as Peter Likoray, Sales Director, Canada, now adds U.S. South-East to his Canadian portfolio, Antonio Regillo is named Sales Manager, Canada, and Denise Bell joins the team as Sales Manager, South-East United States.

“Our solid customer base in both Canada and the U.S. requires an expanded sales presence,”
said Bob Horner, Senior Vice President, Sales, Bombardier Business Aircraft. “Maintaining our
relationships with our customers is crucial, and these additional capabilities will ensure
seamless sales support for our growing fleet of Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft.”

Peter Likoray began his career with Bombardier Specialized and Amphibious Aircraft Sales in
1990 and was appointed Sales Director, Canada, Business Aircraft, in 2005. Since then, his
extensive sales experience has contributed to the overall performance and success of
Bombardier’s North American sales team. Mr. Likoray is now responsible for the complete
Bombardier business aircraft product range – Learjet, Challenger and Global – in Canada and
South-East U.S. (Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Mississippi). He is based at
Bombardier Aerospace’s headquarters in Montréal and the Bombardier Business Aircraft sales
office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Antonio Regillo began his career at Bombardier in 2002 as Liaison Engineer and quickly
moved to the position of Sales Engineer. In 2006, he was promoted to Sales Account
Representative for Europe & Africa and was thereafter appointed Team Lead for International
Sales Support. He was appointed to his current position in June 2010. Mr. Regillo works closely
with Peter Likoray and is based in Montréal.

Denise Bell has a solid aviation background with over 13 years experience working with
Bombardier aircraft, both within Bombardier Aircraft Services and with Comair, a Bombardier
Commercial Aircraft customer. She joined Bombardier in 2001 as a Customer Support Project
Analyst and was appointed Regional Manager for Central and South Florida in 2008. Ms. Bell
was appointed to her current position in September 2010. Based in Florida, she will work closely
with Peter Likoray in the South-East U.S.
