The Canadian Union of Public Employees is recommending the 68-hundred flight attendants accept the deal.
CUPE says it will hold membership meetings in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal beginning in about a week and the vote is expected in about 17 days.
Union president Jeff Taylor is pleased with the deal, saying they probably achieved 80 per cent of their demands.
The two sides negotiated while the government said it was ready with back-to-work legislation.
