CAE grows international footprint
May 16, 2011, Geneva, Sui. - CAE today announced on the eve of the European Business Aviation Convention and Exposition (EBACE) that it will double the number of locations in its global business aviation training network from four to eight over the next 24 months.

This will provide CAE business aviation customers with conveniently accessible training in every major region of the world, including the first business jet training centres for high-growth markets in Latin America and Asia.
The new CAE business aviation training locations will be in Amsterdam, The Netherlands; the Mexico City-Toluca area of Mexico; the Sao Paulo area of Brazil; and a location to be announced in Asia. CAE also operates business aviation training programs in Dubai, UAE; Burgess Hill, U.K. near London; Morristown, New Jersey, near New York City; and Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas in the U.S.
In addition to the new training locations, Emirates-CAE Flight Training (ECFT), a joint venture of Emirates and CAE, will add Bombardier Challenger 605 training capability in the spring of 2012 at ECFT in Dubai.
Also, training for the Hawker Beechcraft King Air 350 with Pro Line 21 avionics will be available by early 2012 at CAE SimuFlite, near the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

Amsterdam — CAE initiated training earlier this year in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, with Level D full-flight simulator programs for the Bombardier Challenger 300 and Challenger 604.
Mexico City — The new CAE location in Toluca, the leading business aviation airport in Mexico, will be a convenient drive from Mexico City. It will be the first business jet training centre in Mexico, opening in 2012 with simulation training programs for the Bombardier Learjet 45 and the Bell 412 civil helicopter.
Sao Paulo — Embraer-CAE Training Services (ECTS), a joint venture of Embraer and CAE, announced today it will further expand its training programs for Embraer Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 pilots and maintenance technicians to the home area of the Phenom, the Sao Paulo area of Brazil. Training will begin in 2012, and will represent the first simulation-based business jet training capability in South America.
Asia — The industry's first full-service business aviation training centre in Asia will open in 2013 at a location to be announced. Aircraft models for which training will be offered will be determined by market demand.
