New Appointment

Cara Tweyman is no stranger to the parts, supplier and overhaul industry in Canada. Having worked in the business for 16 years she also believes strongly in giving back to the aviation community, serving as a Volunteer for The AME Association of Ontario, the Ontario AME Workshop, twice assisting with the local GTA convention committee of the CBAA and participating with several noted charity events.

Tweyman has an established and respected reputation for detail, results and a solid commitment to providing top notch client service. In early March, Cara joined the Precision Aero team in a newly created sales and marketing capacity. In announcing her appointment, Precision’s Paul Gilmour stated, “We are very pleased that Cara has come to work with our group. She is bringing a wealth of talent and capability that will help us propel this firm to the next level in committed and qualified, client focused service and support. Background

The single goal of Precision Aero is to consistently provide the highest quality products and services which exceed customer expectations and are delivered in a professional manner. Starting with two Starter/Generator test stands and a 2500 square foot facility, the firm has grown to a facility of 7500 square feet. The in-house capability today includes Dynamic Electrical, Hydraulic (MIL-H-5606 and Skydrol), Fuel and Static components for a full range of commercial, corporate and general aviation type aircraft.
