About the SOAR Program
SOAR (Sharing Opportunities for Advancement and Reward) is comprised of three initiatives:

  • Working with flight schools and 703/704 operators to recruit pilots into Air Georgian, and;
  • Providing career fulfillment and advancement opportunities for all employees

Air Canada’s Pilot Mobility Agreement
All Air Georgian pilots are guaranteed an interview with Air Canada through the PMA. Once Air Georgian pilots meet minimum criteria, they are eligible to add their name to the Pilot Mobility List (PML) which guarantees them an interview with Air Canada. Air Canada has committed to hire 80% of their pilots through Air Georgian’s PML and other Air Canada Express partners.
