Cascade Aerospace recognizes suppliers for top performance
Cascade Aerospace celebrated on THursday with suppliers who over the past year have been pivotal in successfully supporting the company in its domestic and international contracts with particular focus on the Royal Canadian Air Force's (RCAF— CC-130H and CC-130J Hercules fleets. The six winners of the 2016 Supplier Awards were honoured today at the Aerospace, Defence and Security Expo taking place this week in Abbotsford, B.C.

As a wholly owned Canadian company, Cascade’s 192 Canadian and numerous U.S. and international suppliers are vital to its success supporting military, search and rescue, humanitarian and commercial aerospace programs. By being part of Cascade Aerospace’s approved supplier team, these same suppliers have an opportunity to participate in Cascade’s export programs for international C-130 and commercial programs.
Each of Cascade’s top suppliers were evaluated based on key factors including Delivery, Quality, Communications and Cost Reduction Initiatives in the areas of Manufacturing, Support Services, and Distribution. These key factors ensure our customers continue to return to Cascade for repeat business as well as act as our ambassadors for new business.
This year Cascade Aerospace is pleased to recognize our top six suppliers;

These awards were presented during the official opening of the 2016 Aerospace, Defence and Security Expo and presented by;
- the Honourable Amrik Virk, Minister of Technology, Innovation & Citizen’s Services for British Columbia;
- MLA Greg Kyllo, Parliamentary Secretary for the B.C. Jobs Plan to the Minister of Jobs, Tourism, and Skills Training
