Chorus Aviation to acquire North Bay’s Voyageur Airlines

March 16, 2015, Halifax – Chorus announced a plan Thursday to acquire Voyageur Airways this spring in a cash and stock deal. The agreement is with 51139222 Ontario Ltd., a privately owned holding company that owns Voyageur and related businesses. The Chronicle Herald reports. | READ MORE
