Noro Limited is looking for its next great team member to join its flight department.

For over 25 years, Noro has been providing next-level flight and related travel services to its Canadian parent company.

Reporting directly to the Director of Flight Operations, you will:

• Book, prepare and set up trip itineraries for flights, as well as coordinate all the necessary logistics that are associated with a flight including special ground transportation requirements, airline bookings, etc., to provide a seamless flight experience.
• Work with the flight crew to assist in overflight permits, customs, hotels, rental cars, etc.
• Ensure that flights follow company procedures and satisfy regulatory requirements.
• Interact and communicate with senior executives and their assistants with a high degree of professionalism.
• Coordinate flights using email, phone, flight operations software and various company manuals/tools.
• Coordinate flight ground handling, departures, arrivals, fuel, hangar space, landing permits, customs confirmations, and documentation to facilitate a safe and seamless flight experience.
• Work with outside charter companies when required to provide additional flight capability
• Liaison with the assigned maintenance coordinator for the availability of required maintenance.
• Perform light accounting tasks, such as reviewing invoices for accuracy and coding for payment and managing company and crew expenses.
• Conduct fuel price comparisons and arrange fuel releases for our aircraft.
• Create and maintain strong professional relationships with colleagues, clients, crew members, suppliers and other company stakeholders.
• Support and assist the crew while on a trip.

You may be Noro’s next team member if you are:

• A capable, energetic self-starter proficient in managing multiple projects, tight deadlines, and efficiently prioritizing tasks.
• An excellent written and verbal communicator in English with strong email and telephone etiquette.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and have competency in or ability to learn scheduling and database systems quickly.
• Friendly, personable, and eloquent, with the ability to engage with and relate to diverse personalities and cultures.
• Able to maintain a calm demeanour in high-stress situations and communicate with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Someone who brings a proactive approach and desire to succeed.
• Able to proactively understand the client and anticipate their needs.
• Enjoy being part of a dynamic team that works collaboratively to support Noro’s objective, which is to provide premier flight services to its Canadian parent company.
• Willing to work remotely within the Southern Ontario region.

The successful candidate must be a person who projects the highest standards of ethics and professional conduct as a company representative, both internally and externally. This role requires a high level of sensitivity around confidential matters and clients. Preference will be given to someone with related experience and a proven track record.
