Comedian Dave Hemstad to speak at AIAC event
Nov. 6, 2014, Ottawa - AIAC is pleased to announce that Dave Hemstad will speak at the Annual Aerospace Dinner on November 18 in Ottawa. Mr. Hemstad is a Canadian comedian who appears regularly on CBC's The Debaters and CTV's Comedy Now!

“The Annual Aerospace Dinner is a highlight of the Canadian Aerospace Summit and one of the premiere gatherings of the Canadian aerospace industry each year,” said Jim Quick, President and CEO of AIAC. “We are delighted that Mr. Hemstad will be joining us this year, and we are confident that, as in previous years, the Dinner will be an entertaining evening and an opportunity to celebrate the many achievements of the Canadian aerospace industry.”
Also featured at the Annual Aerospace Dinner is the announcement and presentation of the James C. Floyd Award, which is bestowed annually by the AIAC in recognition of outstanding aerospace achievement.
A ticketed event, the Annual Aerospace Dinner takes place during the Canadian Aerospace Summit, an annual conference and trade show that brings together Canadian and international companies of all sizes, government, and academia for two days in the nation’s capital. Close to 1,000 participants — primarily C-suite executives and government officials — are expected to attend.
