Comlux expands its aircraft management business

Dec. 7, 2010, Dubai, UAE - Comlux The Aviation Group is pleased to announce the signing of new contracts for Aircraft Management for three brand new VIP aircraft: one Bombardier Global 5000, one Dassault Falcon 900LX and one Airbus ACJ, from three different undisclosed customers.

The aircraft will enter in service with Fly Comlux, the operational
division of the Comlux Group, respectively in Q1-2011, Q2-2011 and
Q4-2011.

The arrival of the Global 5000 will increase Comlux
Bombardier Global fleet to 8 aircraft, consolidating Fly Comlux as one
of the largest Bombardier Global VIP charter operators in Europe.
With
already 5 Airbus ACJ aircraft in the fleet and the A320 VIP arrival
early 2011, Comlux will operate a total of 7 aircraft of the type by the
end of 2011, remaining the favourite operator for large cabin VIP
aircraft operations.

Having operated Dassault Falcon aircraft for
many years before, Comlux is well prepared for the integration of a
brand new Falcon 900LX in its fleet. The aircraft will be available for
charter, offering to Comlux passengers a new product for their travel
needs.

Richard Gaona, President of the Comlux Group says” I am very
pleased with the development of our Aircraft Management business within
the Comlux Group. In the medium term, we want to reach a fleet size
that bring benefits to our clients and allows us to optimize our
overhead costs. “ He adds” We have acquired a unique experience in the
market in managing the largest cabin jets worldwide. I strongly believe
that our high class quality services reputation will attract more
aircraft owners willing to have their aircraft professionally and
personally managed.”
