Discovery Air announces new interim CEO

Sept. 15, 2008, London, Ont. - At a meeting of the Board of Directors of Discovery Air Inc. held Sept. 12, 2008, the directors terminated David Taylor as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the corporation.

Sept. 15, 2008, London, Ont. – At a meeting of the Board of Directors of
Discovery Air Inc. held Sept. 12, 2008, the directors terminated David
Taylor as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the corporation. Mr.
Taylor and Mr. Ian McLean resigned from the Board at the same meeting.
    

David Jennings has been appointed the interim President and Chief
Executive Officer of Discovery Air. Mr. Jennings is a Co-Chief Executive
Officer of Top Aces Inc., one of Discovery Air's wholly owned subsidiaries.
Mr. Jennings is a former CF-18 fighter pilot who, along with two partners,
founded Top Aces in 2001.

Discovery Air's mission is to create shareholder value by building an
alliance of profitable aviation businesses that can realize synergies,
economies of scale and deliver safe, professional aviation services to clients
in selected niche markets.
