April 24, 2012, Paris, Fr. - Embraer today signed a five-year agreement with Poland’s LOTAMS, to become its Authorized Aircraft Service center. We are very pleased to expand our customer support and Embraer approved MRO network with LOTAMS. This arrangement formalizes more than 10 years of diligent maintenance experience on our Embraer commercial jets families,” said Johann C. Bordais, Embraer Vice President, Services & Support – Europe, Africa and the Middle East. “LOTAMS is conveniently located in a central strategic position in Europe, enabling it to support airframe maintenance needs in both Eastern and Western Europe.”

Based at Warsaw International Airport, LOTAMS will have access to Embraer’s structure-specific repair solutions and extended databases, and will be approved to handle airframe and warranty issues on behalf of Embraer customers.

“We are very proud to receive this endorsement from Embraer. We already support LOT Polish’s Embraer fleet, but we are keenly developing our third party customer base,” said Janusz Krynicki, President of LOTAMS. “We are confident in providing Embraer’s customers with services that fully satisfy their expectations, especially with regard to the quality of Polish workmanship, expertise, availability and cost effectiveness.”
