Flying Colours adds to its ranks

March 17, 2010, Peterborough, Ont. - Flying Colours Corp., recently announced Tony Barrett as Vice President, Completions & Modifications, Glenn Williams as Director of Maintenance, and Alan Keeling as Director of Quality Assurance.

The appointments were effective as of March 1, 2010 and all three will report directly to John Gillespie, President & CEO of Flying Colours.

Tony Barrett, a Flying Colours veteran for more than 25 years was previously responsible for maintenance and modifications with the company and has been an instrumental ingredient in the success and growth of the company. “With our increased presence in green completions and major interior conversions it was clear that it was time for Tony to solely focus on the completions, modifications, and
engineering aspect of our business. Bringing in industry veteran’s such as Glenn Williams and Alan Keeling will help ease the transition for our entire staff,” stated Gillespie.

Glenn Williams, a licensed maintenance engineer has 25 years of aircraft maintenance experience including 15 years of experience as Director of Maintenance for a number of high profile corporate aviation departments in Canada. Glenn brings with him and immense amount of both management and technical experience including factory training on a number of Bombardier, Cessna, Falcon, and
Gulfstream aircraft models.

Alan Keeling, also a licensed maintenance engineer with over 30 years of aircraft experience was formerly Director of Maintenance for a Quebec based MRO and is credited for implementing their SMS and quality programs. “Alan brings with him a wealth of knowledge on a number of different aircraft platforms and his background in the SMS program will greatly assist us in continuing to grow our own internal program, “stated Gillespie. Keeling replaces Marc Pichette who left to take a position with
Transport Canada.
