Jan. 28, 2008, Peterborough, Ont. – Flying Colours Corp. offers ‘CRJ
Execliner’ conversions and has been selected as the primary
completion center for Project Phoenix.

More than two years ago, Flying Colours Corp. anticipated an increase in the demand
for an executive CRJ completion and, as a result, has been able to align itself in a
favorable position going forward. Flying Colours Corp. is the first completion facility to
hold an STC for both an Executive CRJ interior and auxiliary fuel tank specifically
designed for the CRJ 200. Their fuel tank meets all FAA and EASA certification
requirements including SFAR88.

In order to accommodate this demand, Flying Colours is currently building a new
30,000 sq. ft. completion facility to compliment their existing 90,000 sq. ft. capability. In
addition they are in the process of finalizing construction on another 60,000 sq .ft. hangar
to handle their growing customer base. Flying Colours is presently in the process of
recruiting 90-100 new employees to accommodate this expansion.

Flying Colours currently has firm orders for 10 of the CRJ “ExecLiner”
Completions and are in discussions with several different clients on additional
conversions of this nature. The first ‘Project Phoenix’ aircraft is scheduled to arrive in
early March.
