François Laurin leaves the company

April 2, 2009 – Transat A.T. Inc., has announced that François Laurin, vice-president, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer since 2005, will be leaving the company.

Transat A.T. Inc., has announced that François Laurin, vice-president, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer since 2005, will be leaving the company. He will be replaced on an interim basis as Chief Financial Officer by Nelson Gentiletti, Executive vice-president, Tour Operators, and president, Transat Tours Canada, who held the position from 2002 to 2005.
