The new organization is led by Colleen Back, vice-president of MRO Sales and encompasses a team of eight Regional Sales Managers. Under Back’s leadership, Greenwich AeroGroup’s Regional Sales Managers will focus on airframe specific owners/operators within regions of the United States and Canada.  They offer comprehensive maintenance, engine, avionics and interior service capabilities on behalf of Greenwich AeroGroup’s Atlantic Aero, Summit Aviation and Western Aircraft companies.

"The completion of this organization is a significant milestone in our endeavor to continuously improve customer service,” said Daniel Lafrance, vice-president of Greenwich AeroGroup Sales and Marketing.  “Customers now have more access to our MRO Network and can benefit from best practices shared across our companies.”

Regional Sales Managers and the aircraft and areas they serve include:
    •    Doug Alwine, Turboprop, West
    •    John Bullen, Falcon/Hawker, East
    •    Gene Elzinga, Turboprop, East
    •    Jim Kuhn, Falcon/Hawker, West
    •    Todd Michel, Citation, East
    •    Lee Miles, Falcon/Hawker, West
    •    Mike Sullivan, Helo/Turboprop, Mid-Atlantic

Additionally, the new structure introduces Sales Account Managers (SAM) at both Western Aircraft and Atlantic Aero.  These SAMs report directly to their respective service center location and are responsible to support direct service inquiries from customers while working in tandem with the Regional Sales Managers.
