The company’s static display at Henderson Executive Airport will feature nearly its entire lineup of commercial Hawker and Beechcraft products as well as the debut of the aftermarket upgraded Hawker 400XPR and the company’s recently launched Special Missions demonstrator King Air 350ER. HBC will also utilize its indoor exhibit at the Las Vegas Convention Center to showcase its world-class Global Customer Support (GCS) organization.

“At NBAA 2011, our customers and attendees will get a chance to see first-hand the strategic investments we are making in our business,” said Shawn Vick, HBC executive vice president. “Our static display space this year will introduce customers to the new look of the Hawker and Beechcraft brands. The different strengths and attributes of these two brands will come together under one roof to showcase the capabilities of the company’s entire commercial lineup.”

HBC’s indoor exhibit, located at Booth C7809 in Hall B at the Las Vegas Convention Center, will focus on all aspects of the company’s customer support organization. GCS representatives will be on-site to provide immediate attention and solutions for inquiries regarding Warranty & Support Plus, Parts & Distribution, Technical Support and Hawker Beechcraft Services (HBS).

“Global Customer Support is eager to showcase for a second year through a dedicated exhibit our services, how they are evolving, and our commitment to delivering aircraft support that is unmatched in general aviation,” said Christi Tannahill, HBC vice president, Global Customer Support. “Our Global Experience Team will be there in full force to meet one-on-one with customers, address needs and provide solutions. We are also excited to have for the first time at the company’s static display our Hawker 400XPR upgraded aircraft and one of our mobile technical support team trucks. This is gearing up to be customer support’s largest presence ever at this show.”

The GCS organization will also host five Maintenance and Operation (M&O) seminars during the convention. Each session will be dedicated to a different platform, including the Beechcraft King Air Series, the Beechcraft Premier, the Hawker 400XP, the Hawker 125 Series and the Hawker 4000.
