Heroux-Devtek has announced it has concluded a final settlement with UTC Aerospace Systems in regards to a litigation. This final settlement, which follows the execution of a Memorandum of Settlement on May 27, 2015, includes an agreement on the terms for the extension of two existing contracts with UTAS for the supply of various aircraft parts.
