Innotech-Execaire joins forces with Aviation Supplies (HK)
April 11, 2014, Toronto - Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group is continuing its service expansion in Asia with the opening of a pre-owned business aircraft sales office in Shanghai in a strategic alliance with Aviation Supplies (HK) Ltd., of Hong Kong.

The two companies have developed a strong working relationship dating back almost 30 years. Aviation Supplies (HK) is a well-established international company with offices in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai.
Alfred Lau, president of Aviation Supplies (HK) Ltd., said, “This agreement benefits the fast-growing Chinese market for pre-owned business aircraft, mainly medium and long-range business jets. With Aviation Supplies’ first-hand experience in aircraft support and sales in China, we can now, uniquely, extend and expand our capabilities in Asia even further.”
Ray Kuliavas, Innotech vice president, aircraft sales, reinforced this strength. “The market in Asia must be considered a long-term proposition. Innotech has been been providing aircraft services to the region for many years, supporting the early fleet with cycle inspections, engine maintenance, interior refurbs, and graduating to major MRO and new-aircraft interior completions.”
In addition, last year Innotech sister division, Vancouver-based Pacific Avionics & Instruments, obtained CAAC Part 145 approval for aircraft avionics support, repair, overhaul and modification. Kuliavas added, “Innotech-Execaire has worked over the years at establishing and nurturing its Chinese business relationships. Expanding our services to include pre-owned aircraft sales seems only natural.
“Since the early 1980s up to recent times, most aircraft acquisitions in China were ‘new’, therefore direct from OEMs. As the market has evolved and grown, there are now opportunities for sellers of pre-owned aircraft to offer their services.”
