June 30, 2009, Toronto – Interfast Inc, today announced that it has hired Brian Cole as regional aerospace sales manager for its Calgary office. Cole, who previously spent more than 30 years at Field Aviation in Calgary, will work to increase Interfast's Western Canadian presence in aerospace.

"Brian is well known in the community and has a very strong technical background," says Conrad Lennert, VP Sales & Marketing for Interfast Inc. "He's a great fit for our organization and we're delighted to have someone of his calibre join the team. This just builds upon an already tremendous response from the aerospace community to our opening of a Calgary facility."

Cole brings extensive experience in the aviation Industry as a project manager and maintenance mechanic. He was a project manager at Field Aviation for 15 years, managing multiple projects and had also served as a maintenance foreman and mechanic, working on a wide variety of aircraft.

"We've had a lot of interest from the local aerospace community in gaining same day access to parts, rather than having to wait for shipments from Ontario or the U.S.," adds Lennert. "We'll have an extensive array of fastener products housed in Calgary and many are asking us what we plan to carry. We've worked in the Calgary area for years but having a local facility is creating new opportunities."
