Jan. 17, 2008, Halifax- Jazz Air Income Fund announced today that its January cash distribution of $0.0838 per Fund unit will be paid on February 15, 2008.

Jan. 17, 2008, Halifax- Jazz Air Income Fund (TSX: JAZ.UN) announced
today that its January cash distribution of $0.0838 per Fund unit covering the
period from January 1, 2008 to January 31, 2008 will be paid on February 15,
2008 to unitholders of record at the close of business on January 31, 2008.
