Jazz Aviation one of Atlantic Canada’s top 25 firms

This designation is unique as the competition extends across all four of Canada’s Atlantic provinces. The annual competition evaluates and identifies the employers in Atlantic Canada that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work. Mediacorp’s evaluation of the various candidates is based on an assessment focused on eight key aspects: physical workplace; work and social atmosphere; health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.
Jazz was recognized for supporting employee development, cultivating an ownership culture, and helping employees reach a work/life balance work through alternative work arrangements.
