Jazz dispatchers ratify labour agreement
March 26, 2010, Halifax - Jazz Air LP announced today that its Dispatchers, represented by the Canadian Air Line Dispatchers Association (CALDA), have ratified a tentative agreement which was reached on March 7, 2010. The agreement will be in place for a three-year period.

CALDA represents approximately 60 dispatchers employed at Jazz.
"I sincerely thank our employees and representatives from CALDA for their professionalism as we progress through the renewal of all Jazz's labour contracts," said Joseph D. Randell, President and Chief Executive Officer of Jazz.
Jazz's technical services (maintenance and engineering) division ratified its agreement on September 12, 2009 and the airline's Customer Services and Aircraft Services divisions ratified their agreement on December 16, 2009. Both groups are represented by the Canadian Auto Workers (CAW).
Negotiations with Jazz's 1300 pilots (represented by the Air Line Pilots Association), 760 flight attendants (represented by the Canadian Flight Attendant Union) and 33 crew schedulers (represented by the CAW) are ongoing.
