As the first airline to partner with a residential development to offer this amenity in Vancouver, London Air Services will provide the service of their Bombardier Learjet 75 to Trump Vancouver residents.  Purchasers will receive a number of flight hours based on the purchase price of each unit. In addition, hotel guests and residential suite owners will share a chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce Ghost model with customized Trump Vancouver details that will transport residents and guests within the downtown core and to major travel hubs such as Vancouver International Airport.
“We are excited to partner with London Air Services and Rolls-Royce as they share our vision to provide those living in this world-class city with the highest level of service,” said Joo Kim Tiah, president/CEO of Holborn Group, the developer of Trump International Hotel & Tower Vancouver.  “Like Trump, they stand as the titans of their industries, and we are proud to join together to offer luxury travel amenities like no other development in the world.”
As the city’s first Trump development, Trump International Hotel & Tower Vancouver will be located on Georgia Street in Downtown Vancouver’s Coal Harbour. With no two views exactly alike, the twisting tower will stand at 616 feet (63 storeys), becoming a new icon for Vancouver’s skyline.
“A building like Trump Vancouver deserves exceptional amenities,” added Donald J. Trump. “These partnerships allow us to offer unparalleled service to the residents and guests of this development – services that also include access to their own Trump Attaché and Canada’s first Mar-a-Lago Spa by Ivanka Trump.”
The premium $360-million Arthur Erickson-designed world-class hotel and residence will feature 147 guest rooms, signature restaurant, The Mar-a-Lago Spa by Ivanka Trump, and 15,000 square feet of meeting and event space. It will also be home to a lobby champagne bar and pool bar nightclub, both firsts for Vancouver. Above the hotel will be 218 stylish residences, offering residents spectacular views of the North Shore and beyond.
“We are extremely pleased to be able to offer the residents of Trump International Hotel & Tower Vancouver flying time on our superior London Air Services corporate jets,” added Wynne Powell, president and CEO of London Air Services. “The opportunity to fly on your own customized schedule with pilots and a jet at your beck and call is the ultimate time-saving enjoyable travel experience.”
“Rolls-Royce is an instantly recognizable symbol of luxury and we’re thrilled to bring this offering to the Trump International Hotel & Tower Vancouver,” said Dimitri Kotsalis, General Manager of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Vancouver. “We feel the legacy of our cars matches the legacy of the Trump brand and we know residents and hotel guests at Trump Vancouver will enjoy having access to the seductively simple yet incredibly advanced Ghost.”
Sales for the residential suites will begin in October 2013 with project completion expected in summer 2016.
