Marinvent signs strategic pact with two aerospace firms
Dec. 19, 2013, Montreal - Marinvent Corporation has announced it has, together with its Raleigh, N.C.-based Joint Venture Partner Advanced Aerospace Solutions, signed a Memorandum Of Understanding with Real Time Companies of Phoenix, Ariz.

This three-way MOU will foster increased collaboration between the three companies by creating a considerably larger combined pool of capabilities, facilities and staff. The MOU also creates the framework for the companies to jointly pursue larger avionics and aerospace projects with broader scope, thereby offering customers a considerably more "turnkey" project option.
