The purchased assets included a large inventory of legacy inertial systems, instruments, components, test
equipment, tools and other materials, that together compliment Navhouse’s already extensive capabilities relating to the sustainment of inertial navigation systems.

“The SAI assets add to our capabilities on LN-39, LN-93, LN/LW-33 and CIV-E INS systems,” stated Glynn Williams, President. “This also expands our large inventory pool from which we are able to support our commercial and military customers on these and other systems for many years to come.”

A registered controlled goods facility (CGRP) with ISO/SAE certifications and EASA, FAA and Transport Canada approvals, Navhouse has been delivering military and commercial INS sustainment programs on a global basis for more than 12 years. “Customers can be assured of the highest levels of security and quality when they choose Navhouse,” stated Mike Butterworth, General Manager. “We are ready to meet the challenges of our new customers as a result of the SAI asset purchase and offer expanded capabilities to our existing customer base.”

“Navhouse is committed to delivering the highest levels of support and quality to SAI’s former customers,” stated Doug Jenkinson, Business Development Manager. “We understand that some of these customers have had service and quality issues in the past. We look forward to working with these operators to ensure that their requirements are fulfilled.”
