Navhouse makes key navigational acquisition

March 26, 2014, Bolton, Ont. - Navhouse Corporation today announced that it has acquired all of Sabena Technics’ inertial test equipment located at its avionics maintenance base at the Brussels National Airport. This purchase includes a complete IRU ASTS, IRU STS, LTN-92 INU test station, a LTN-72 test station and considerable Level III test equipment. It will be re-located to Navhouse headquarters in Bolton, Ont.

This purchase complements our existing capabilities, provides additional capacity to accommodate continued growth, as well as enhances redundancy to ensure that we maintain our industry-leading turn-times. It demonstrates to our military and commercial customers our continued commitment to sustaining Northrop Grumman (Litton Systems) inertial systems and components for many years to come” stated Glynn Williams, President and CEO.

We are pleased to have been selected as the purchaser of this equipment and look forward to supporting those Sabena Technics customers who continue to operate Northrop Grumman (Litton Systems) inertial equipment.”

As a Level IV repair station with FAA, Transport Canada and EASA approvals, along with ISO 9001:2008, SAE AS9100C and CGRP certifications, and audited to Case 1a standards, Navhouse has been able to provide INS/IRS sustainment solutions to some of the world’s most demanding civilian and military operators.
