New Director of product support at Universal Avionics 
Andy Seaton has been promoted to Director of product support at Universal Avionics System Corporation.

seatonAndy Seaton has been promoted to Director of Product Support at
Universal Avionics System Corporation.

With over 12 years of experience, Mr. Seaton brings
extensive technical knowledge as well as product support management experience to this new
position. Mr. Seaton will oversee all Product Support functions in Tucson, Wichita and Basel,
Switzerland including the Repair Facilities, Field Support and Training departments.
“Supporting our customers is paramount to Universal’s success; we are very pleased to have
Andy Seaton on board to maintain our lead status in Product Support and identify new and
dynamic ways to better serve our customer base,” said Paul DeHerrera, Universal’s COO.
Mr. Seaton joined Universal Avionics in 2004 as a Field Service Engineer in the Midwest Office.

Most recently, he was the Manager of Midwest Regional Product Support. In that role, he
coordinated field service and training activities for Midwest operations.
Prior to joining Universal, Mr. Seaton worked at Cessna Aircraft Company where he held roles as
an Avionics Integration Engineer, Group Leader in Design Engineering, and was a Designated
Engineering Representative for Systems and Equipment.

He holds a Masters of Science in
Management from Friends University and Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
Technology from Pittsburg State University.
