Dec. 18, 2008, Saint-Cloud, France – The Board of Directors of Dassault Aviation met on Dec. 18, 2008, with Charles Edelstenne presiding.

1. MAKE UP OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors noted the resignation of Louis Gallois as director.

2. AFEP/MEDEF RECOMMENDATIONS
The Board of Directors decided to comply with AFEP/MEDEF recommendations issued in October 2008 concerning the remuneration of corporate officers.

This decision will take effect in the first half of 2009.

3. GROUP OPERATIONS
The expected increase in Falcon deliveries for the fourth quarter will not be reached, due to deliveries being postponed to the first quarter of 2009, primarily because of new FAA regulations.

Consolidated sales will therefore drop about 10 percent compared with 2007.
