Bombardier Challenger 300, Challenger 350 get Columbia certification
Bombardier has announced that it has received type certification for its Challenger 300 and Challenger 350 aircraft from the Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aviacion Civil (UAEAC) of Colombia, the country's Civil Aviation Authority.

This new aircraft certification will strengthen the Challenger 300 and Challenger 350 aircraft’s position as leaders in the growing fleet of super midsize business jets operating in the region. Latin America remains a key driver to future growth in the business jet market; in fact, Bombardier’s Market Forecast predicts that the region is expected to receive 850 unit deliveries by 2024. With more than 1,900 aircraft in the region, Bombardier is currently the market share leader.
