“We felt that as we celebrate our past we should also take the time to look to the future,” said Tracy Medve, President, “and the reality is that the services we offer customers have significantly evolved over the past 45 years. It was time our brand changed to reflect that”. The new name, logo and look better encompasses the breadth of the company’s capabilities in air cargo operations, aircraft leasing, maintenance & engineering, and defence services.

“Our abilities to adapt quickly, take on complex challenges, and deliver high quality work every single time, are the reasons we have developed so many long-standing customer relationships,” said Barry Lapointe, CEO. Founded in 1970 by Barry Lapointe and Jim Rogers, the company began providing maintenance services to aircraft in western Canada, and now provides a wide range of aviation services to corporate, commercial and military customers worldwide. KF Aerospace is extremely proud of this milestone, and proud to have been a strong contributor to the Canadian aviation community for 45 years.
