TSB investigating possible drone, Porter mishap east of Toronto

The Transportation Safety Board is launching an investigation at Toronto’s Billy Bishop Airport after what it’s calling a “risk of mid-air collision.” The TSB says the incident happened before 7:30 a.m. ET and involved Porter flight DHC842.
